That I lost my eye. Like I should do somethin' about it.

[ He pauses. ]

It probably wasn't an accident.

[ Punishment. It was definitely punishment, considering the way the yakuza take responsibility. ]

[ Kiryu nods, reaching over to take Majima's hand. Some answers are bad? Ask less questions, guys?? ]

I'm here for you, Majima.

[ Snakeskin jacket and all. ]

I know ya are.

[ it makes it so much easier, knowing that. knowing that he's been becoming the person kiryu remembers but at least thats someone who kiryu likes ]

[ It helps knowing Kiryu is "all Majima has" even back then. That's not a fact he takes lightly. Kiryu takes care of the people he loves and Majima's right at the top of his list.

But one day, Majima will remember why he lost his eye. They can't just hope forever... but a little while longer is probably okay. ]

I'm glad we can have lunch together like this, too.

[ He just likes... being with Majima. Things seem to make more sense when they're together. ]
