[ Considering Majima has like no furniture at his home, he knows that's not saying much. ]

[ Kiryu nods. He'll sleep better knowing Majima's trying to get some real sleep. His apartment's a little depressing tbh. ]

I know our schedules are really different, so if you ever need to stop by and I'm not here, I want you to be able to.

[ this is really sweet. he's quite tired and a little overwhelmed. ]

[ Kaz smiles a little. Leave it to Majima to worry about stuff like that. ]

[ Kiryu waves him off like it's no big deal. Like he isn't basically giving Majima the chance to elope with him if he wants to... ]

[ Kiryu shakes his head. It's just common decency between boyfriends, right? ]

[ majima has sadly not had a lot of common decency, sorry to say. ]

[ Majima... it's ok, Kiryu will treat you with the decency you deserve. Hopefully. ]

Besides, if you spend more time here I can have you taste-test more of my cooking.

[ He still owes him a home-cooked meal... ]

In the meantime, I hope cereal is ok.

[ Because he definitely "made" some. This is Kiryu's best dish! ]

[ Cereal and coffee and getting to see his boyfriend in the morning, what could be better?? ]

[ well and also majima was making toast - which is done now, so he butters it. he hands it off, trading it for the cereal. ]

[ that's so cute, Kiryu is going to have the best day at work ever thanks to this lovely breakfast. He trades him the cereal and sits down, hoping Majima will join him. ]

Anythin' excitin' happening at work today?

We're closing a few big deals, actually. My sales have been really strong lately, so I might get promoted to business real estate... well, it would still be a few months, but it might happen. Dojima-san has been really impressed with my work.

[ Also the fact that he learned Japanese made his boss like him way more, that's just a fact. ]

That's really great! I hope it works out that way. Ya're such a hard worker, Kiryu-chan.

[ Kiryu smiles. He's been working harder, he really is glad it shows. ]

How about you? How is everything at Club Sunshine?

[ I mean, he goes whenever he can, but he doesn't know what happens behind the scenes... ]

Good. I mean, the kids do a good job it's like it runs itself most times. They don't really even need me, honestly.

They all speak really highly of you. I bet they need you more than you realize.
