[Fifteen minutes later, Eleanor is sitting on a bench in the park in jeans and a t-shirt with 'SAVE THE PLANET' across the chest, idly flipping through her phone.]

[ Cool, Kiryu shows up at the park about twenty minutes later, sporting a red button-up and jeans. Besides the fact that he's ripped and he's just a normal dude though. The glasses kind of make him look like a nerd, so that probably helps.

That said, he's got the physique of a guy who Definitely Lifts. He'll have no problem giving Eleanor a ride. ]

Eleanor, right?

[ He waves, standing across from her. Hello, stranger! ]

[Eleanor looked up from her phone at her name, and in spite of what he had said, was still a bit surprised by how ripped he clearly was. Well then.]

Yes that's me. Hi? [She stood after a second or two of hesitation, slipping her phone into her purse.]

[ He got this way overnight, there's a reason he's still a bit shy about it. ]

It's Kiryu. Nice to meet you in person.

[ I mean, she obviously knows who he is or she wouldn't be saying that. At least now she knows he really can carry her, no problem. ]

It's no problem. Should I take you somewhere or something? I think no matter how we do this, it's gonna be kind of awkward.

Yeah. Yeah it is...

[Eleanor sucked in a breath then just shook her head and laughed at how ridiculous it was.]

We shouldn't though. It could be fun, right? We don't have to be awkward...

Okay, sure.

[ Kiryu smiles a bit. Hey, he's probably done weirder (in canon, anyway.) He'll just step over to her and bend down a bit. He's kinda tall, sorry. ]

Hop on.

[Eleanor hesitated, which was ridiculous because trying to not make it awkward was her idea, right? Sure he was basically a stranger but it was a piggyback ride how could it not be fun? And he clearly was strong enough to hold her.]

[She finally drew in a slow breath.]

Alright. Sure.

[And then with two quick steps she hopped up onto his back, arms around his neck, and hooked her legs around his waist. Damn he really was a solid mass of muscle wasn't he.]

S'alright?

Yep.

[ He gives her a thumbs up, just in case. He's. Seriously ripped, this is not even a problem. ]

You okay? I won't drop you, just wanna make sure that feels steady.

No, no, it's fine.

[She shifted a little. okay, it was weird to be clinging to someone like this but also...kind of cool? And it made her feel taller, at least.]

We'll just...go that way!

[She grinned and pointed towards the far end of the park commandingly.]

'kay.

[ He nods. Off they go! Kiryu's like, super steady here so they can go as long as she wants tbh. He will go as instructed. Plus it's kind of cute that she seems to be having fun.

Kiryu cranes his neck back a little. ]

How's the weather up there?

[ Yes, he's always wanted to say that to someone, ok. ]

Air's a little thin.

[She quipped back. Once she'd adjusted to the way he was moving this was actually pretty neat. It reminded her of being a little kid, really. She also felt about the size of one, compared to him.]

I figure we'll go to the far side of the park and back?

[ He smirks. ]

Sounds good to me.

[ If they're going to do this, they're gonna do it right. ]

Hold on tight.

[ It's fine, he's got her, he's just going to. Sprint. A little. At least until he gets to the far side of the park. Because that seems fun? ]

Woah!

[She should've expected that really, but she hadn't, and she grabbed on tigher in surprise for several seconds, until she realized she really wasn't going to fall off.]

[And then she leaned up a bit, laughing.]

You're awfully fast!

[ He'd say "I work out" but this is 100% thanks to regains. There's no better way to get ripped overnight, is there. ]

You're light, so this is easy.

[She was quiet familiar with that method of gaining skills.]

[She chuckled at his comment though.]

[ He smirks. He always seems to know exactly what to say to the ladies. It's a gift. ]

It's the truth. One of these days I'm gonna find out how much I can bench press.

[ He really... doesn't work out at all, actually. ]

You mean you don't know? So was this a retrospec thing?

[It made sense, but was still weird to ask.]

Yeah. [ Nods. He's not exactly been hiding it. ] I woke up like this one day.

I think I was some kind of badass, before.

Clearly.

[She laughed again, as they were reaching the far end of the park.]

Want to see a trick?

Sure.

[ He nods. It sounds like he's gonna see a fun Retrospec thing. ]

Okay. Go over to that clearing there and then stand really still.

[She gestures to an empty spot off to the side of the park.]

[ Kiryu nods. He doesn't ask any questions, either. He's surprisingly good at just going with stuff, what can I say? ]

Over here?

Yes.

[Once he was standing still, Eleanor hesitated, sucking in a breath. She was sure she could do this...pretty sure, anyway. She let out the breath, drew another in slowly...and then he'd feel a suddenly shift in her weight, and rather than on his back, she was suddenly on his shoulders. Standing on her hands. Feet pointed at the sky.]

It worked!

[She seemed as surprised as he. After perhaps a second balancing there, she made a little 'hup' noise and sprung up off his shoulders, doing a backflip in the air, then another, catching herself on the ground with her hands and a little muttered yelp, as she sprang backwards...and fell on her rear in the grass.]

...Damn.
