[ Kiryu nods and pulls out a box of Froot Loops to go with his boring box of Special K. He serves them each a bowl and pours a bit of milk in either one of them. Not like he can know how much milk Majima likes in his cereal. ]

Are you feeling any better from yesterday?

[ Kiryu doesn't know or ask why Majima texted him, but he can figure something is up well enough. ]

[ it's only fair for kiryu to ask him, after he kept him up in the middle of the night. he doesn't like lying to kiryu, but he doesn't really want to worry him more than he has to. ]

Yeah. Got some sleep and everything.

[ He really won't press. That's Majima's business, and Kiryu knows... their life wasn't a pleasant one. They don't have to share everything immediately. ]

I know our schedules are really different, so if you ever need to stop by and I'm not here, I want you to be able to.

[ this is really sweet. he's quite tired and a little overwhelmed. ]

[ Kaz smiles a little. Leave it to Majima to worry about stuff like that. ]

[ well and also majima was making toast - which is done now, so he butters it. he hands it off, trading it for the cereal. ]

[ that's so cute, Kiryu is going to have the best day at work ever thanks to this lovely breakfast. He trades him the cereal and sits down, hoping Majima will join him. ]

Anythin' excitin' happening at work today?

We're closing a few big deals, actually. My sales have been really strong lately, so I might get promoted to business real estate... well, it would still be a few months, but it might happen. Dojima-san has been really impressed with my work.

[ Also the fact that he learned Japanese made his boss like him way more, that's just a fact. ]
