[ Kiryu shakes his head. ]

[ he stops clinging to him so hard, but he does cuddle up to him. ]

[ Kiryu nods, smiling. ]

[ Yep, Kiryu wakes with a start, shaking and bringing his hands up to his chest and arms... just in case, you know? Finding no scars or injuries, he heaves out a breath and tries his best to calm himself down. The memory is still pretty vivid... but he'd had both eyes and remembered a commotion just before waking.

[ majima gives him some space, letting him find his way back to reality without hovering on top of him. he doesn't know if kiryu even wants to be touched, given the way he's shaking. ]

[ Kiryu takes a deep breath. If it'd just been a dream, the memory wouldn't feel so vivid. He knows what this is, though he might not immediately want to admit it. He shakes his head, reaching out to place a hand on Majima's arm. ]

[ Even if it happened, it happened in the past. It doesn't change anything, even if the memory makes him cringe. ]

[ he looks down at kiryu's hand on his arm -- or where it feels like, at least, it's still pretty dark. he knows what that means. it's the exact reason he hadn't told him, why he'd made it since july without saying anything. but of course, he'd had to open his big mouth, he'd had to have been weak, couldn't be stronger and helped him by just saying nothing. ]

[ Kiryu shakes his head, scooting closer to pull Majima into a hug. Yeah, it sucks. But after seeing the kind of pain Tachibana had been through, after remembering his house burn and seeing a guy chop his own finger off?
