[ he watches kiyru for a moment, like he's trying to decide what he's getting at. he can tell there's more here, though. kiryu's quiet, doesn't play his emotions on his sleeve, but majima is getting good at reading them all the same. ]

[ he sighs and drops his cigarette to stamp it out. ]

[ he moves closer to kiryu, getting very up in his space. not angrily, just playful. he brings a gloved finger (yes, he's wearing gloves, he made one sound winter decision) up to tap kiryu's lips gently. ]

[ but then he pulls back just a bit - not far, he's definitely still past an acceptable close distance between two japanese men, but he tilts his head to the side, thinking for a moment. ]

[ Good move getting up in Kiryu's space, Majima. Nothing reminds him of just how much he enjoys spending time with Majima like when he invades his space, to be honest. And Majima in gloves? It feels right.

At least Kiryu's not frowning anymore. He nods. ]

Yeah. It was kind of nice.

[ Kiryu wraps an arm around Majima's waist and pulls him close. This is some PDA levels of personal space right now. ]

It's different from how I feel about you. But I can't pretend I didn't like it.

[ oh... it's nice when kiryu returns his affection like this... a little weird to be doing that while talking about your crush on tachibana, i guess, but that's coming from a guy not wearing a shirt while theres snow so ]

[ He's doing it because he loves you so much, Majima. He can talk about other dudes, they don't hold a candle to you. Kiryu nods. Even if he did ask Tachibana out, or his weird crush actually went somewhere, it wouldn't change how Kiryu feels about Majima. ]

[ He's not judging him, obviously. Maybe they're more alike than they realize. It's not a bad thing! ]

You're allowed to have important people. I wouldn't ask you to stop caring about someone else who was important to you, too.
